What is The Foundation   
      
The Foundation is comprised of separate Funds, each with its own agreement, donors and philanthropic purposes. The Foundation is a public foundation and enjoys tax advantages not granted private foundations. As of January 2012, the Greater Greenbrier Valley Community Foundation (GVCF) contained 88 different funds with assets totaling over $4.1 million.
