The Foundation is a collection of separate Funds; each with a separate agreement, donors & philanthropic purposes. The Foundation is a public foundation, enjoys many tax advantages not granted private foundations and an affiliate member of The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation. As of December 31, 2007, TGGVCF assets totaled $4.2 million.
